Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original order date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Painted Parts

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
